What do you love about NKY? I love Northern Kentucky because there are so many great small businesses and wonderful, friendly people! There’s always something to do!

What is one goal you’ve set for 2022? Run 500 miles (I ran a little over 400 last year, so I’m hoping to hit 500 in 2022!)

Do you have a cause or charity that is close to your heart? I have such a special place in my heart for supporting small businesses, especially women-owned small businesses! I love to see women taking a hold of their dreams and making them a reality. Whether it’s a side hustle to earn a little extra cash or a passion that’s turned into a business, I think it’s great to see people taking risks and putting themselves and their dreams out there.

If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would that be? Life is tough, but so are you. Always work hard, be open to learning from others, try new things, and enjoy the journey.

Favorite ice cream flavor? Anything with chocolate and peanut butter, although, I haven’t met many ice creams I don’t like!

What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Don’t wait until retirement to take the trips, do the things, and enjoy your life. Do it now. Not a single day in this life is guaranteed.
